Sal LoPizzo is a native New Yorker, born in Queens, to a big Italian family, who doesn’t care that he dates guys, as long as they’re Italian Sal started his Stand Up career while living in California. He has performed all over San Francisco at places like the Purple Onion and The San Jose Improv. He worked as a host and comedy writer for SIDEREEL.com where he eventually got his own show called The Scoop. Since moving home to New York, Sal has appeared at clubs all over the Tri-State area but spends most of his nights performing on stages at places like Caroline's on Broadway, Dangerfield's Comedy Club, Broadway Comedy Club, East Vill Comedy Club, The Stand and New York Comedy Club to name a few. He has won numerous local comedy contests, has appeared on LOGO’s “Secret Guide to Fabulous," and this past summer was named by CAROLINE'S on BROADWAY as one of their Breakout Artists in Comedy where he was given the opportunity to headline Caroline's for the first time!
